Nutty Granola

Perfect to eat as a snack or sprinkle on yogurt!
You will need: 2 ½ cups of old fashion oats ½ cup of pecans, chopped ½ cup of almonds, chopped ¼ cup of sunflower seeds ¼ cup of pumpkin seeds
3 tsp. coconut, shredded
½ cup peanut butter ¼ cup of honey ¼ cup of maple syrup 1tsp. of vanilla
¼ cup of dried pomegranate
1. Preheat oven 375F 2. Mix all dry ingredients together, you can add dried fruit at this step or wait until it comes out of the oven 3. In a sauce pan mix peanut butter, honey and maple syrup and heat until combined and creamy, add vanilla 4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients 5. Put on baking sheet and bake for 13 minutes, mixing half way through to cook evenly
6. Add dried fruit
