Chicken Nuggets with Healthy Twist

We enjoy the fun in this meal! Nuggets and fries without the fast food chain shortcomings.
Ingredient List
4 chicken breasts, cut up in small pieces
1 lemon, zest and squeezed juice
2 pieces of chive, chopped
1 clove of garlic
1 Tbsp onion powder
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1tsp ginger
2 eggs
1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
½ cup whole wheat flour
Method
Preheat oven to 375 F
In a food processor, add the first seven ingredients (chicken, lemon, chives, garlic, onion powder, sesame oil, and ginger) then blend, about 3 minutes
Make 3 inch sized balls with the chicken mixture and flatten to about an inch in thickness
Coat nugget in flour, followed by the egg and lastly the breadcrumbs
Place nuggets on a baking sheet and bake for 22-25 minutes until cooked through, the breadcrumbs should also be golden brown
Serve with baked home fries and steamed broccoli!
