I found this recipe floating around the internet so I'm not sure who to credit-

theslowroasteditalian.com has a bunch of varitions to this great base recipe. I invite you to check out their blog!

Pizza Crust

1 cup 0% Greek Yogurt, Plain

2 cups Self- Rising Flour

Pizza Toppings (the options are endless!)

Organic pizza sauce

Tomatoes

Cheese

Spinach

Mushrooms

Peppers

Your choice of meat

...

How we enjoy shredded chicken on our pizza:

We boil 3 chicken breasts in water until cooked through.

Shred it in a Kitchen Aid mixer.

Place it in a fry pan over medium heat with some olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Italian Seasoning and lemon juice.

It tastes delicious on pizza and the leftovers can be used in a sandwich the next day!

Method:

1. Roll out dough

2. Spread pizza sauce over dough

3. Layer on your toppings

4. Cook in oven at 375 F for about 20 minutes
