Kale Smoothie

This is a healthy smoothie filled with vitamins and nutrients and is a great start to your morning. Additionally, it has hemp seeds which are full of protein, omega- 3 and 6 fatty accids and rich in fiber!


2 cups kale, chopped
1 mango, chopped
2 peaches, chopped
2 cups soy milk or almond milk
2 Tbsp hemp seed
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
Blend kale and soy milk together first in order to break up the kale and get a smooth texture, blend for 2 minutes
Add the rest of the ingredients together and blend for another 3-5 minutes
Enjoy
*Serves: 4
- Tip: if you freeze the kale and use it in smoothies you will have a smoother texture.
